Hay fever!! I have a allergy to pollen. My nose has been running since last week. Though I take a medicine of allergy called"alegura" I can't stop my snot. I have to lump it by end of June. OMG!!!

I'm always crazy about ramen. I'm always crazy about ramen. I can eat it every meal. I ate tonkotsu ramen of ippudo which is very famous ramen restaurant after doing walk-in sales. The taste was incredibly delicious. But it was high carbo food. I have to do exercise so hard today for fat-burning.

My study habit I make it a rule to study English for over three hours everyday before. But I wasn’t able to do it these days. I didn’t have a time do it in sendai city days. I’ve restarted study English since yesterday. I’ll go to work abroad one day in the future!!

My changing diet. I'll change my diet from today. First,I'll quit eating Kimchi and drinking Beer. These habits are bad for my stomach and bowel. Second, I try to eat Grated radish everyday. Grated radish is so healthy food which helps my stomach's digesting. And it protect my stomach and bowel from a cancer. I'll make a habit of that. I intend to live till 100 years old.

I watched a movie called "Mad max". I was off yesterday. But I came up good idea about How to get new offer while taking shower in the morning. Although I intended watch some movies, I changed my plan. I made some documents in my day off. But I like making documents, so I don't bother it. It's like a my hobby. In the evening,I watched a movie called "Mad max". I watched another title called "Fury road" before. I was excited the movie, so I have a interest other series. I watched the movie. It was so sad story. It reminded me of my family.

Last night. I attended a concert which was appeared in "Toki asako" with my friends last night. She's the one of the famous japanese pop and jazz singer.And she is so cute. We enjoyed the concert. After that, We went to a Chinese restaurant to have a dinner near the theater. We encounterd celebrity who often appear on Tv in the restaurant at that time. But We wasn't able to recall his name. After the dinner, When I was on my way home by train I missed my train. I didn't have any other choice so I used a cab.... I regret that....

Japanese high school student There are few people who go to public high school. The students were tall and fascinating. The girls have Black long hair and shining white teeth and beautiful tanned skins. The most girls were beautiful. The boys are tall and have a good muscle and nicely tanned skins. Every one wears clean tennis wear. They were looked like nice in the blue sky and the sunshin. They were so difference from Normally America’s high school students in their class room. America’s high school students are noisy, talkative, friendly and sociable. It reminds me a jolly foal. However Japanese high school students are very quiet and shy. Some one teaches me that A children whose parents are rich is taught keeping quiet is good behave. So two or three of Japanese high school students talked in a whisper in the club house. I talked a secretary who has been working in the club for 25 years about it.

"Keeping healthy" or "quality of life. I ate hamburg steak with a lot of rice last night. My girl friend treat me it. I like eating hamburg steak with rice better than eating only hamburg steak. I ate 3 cups of rice at that time.I was so full and happy. I'm going on a diet now. I try to mainly eat vegetable and fruits. But I should eat favorite food a time a week. Keeping healthy is important, However "quality of life" is also important for me.

How do we proceed Asia's got talent. I discussed the matter "How do we proceed AGT" with Go ueki and Aichi last night. They are famous dancers all of the world. There were many opinion in our discussion. In conclusion, Fusion of creativity of us and physical ability of them is all we need to win. Why don't we get the prize money 1million dollers?.
