People usually prepare a big meal, invite some very close friends to celebrate birthdays at own home, some people choose to celebrate birthdays in a restaurant, children like to celebrate their birthdays at KFC or Mcdonald's, where there are entertainment facilities and free toys for them.

Dipende dal festeggiato. I giovani preferiscono le feste private . Le migliori delle ipotesi sia festeggiare senza i genitori . I adulti vanno in ristorante con il compagno o i cari più stretti. Soprattutto per gli anniversari . Secondo me la maggior parte festeggia a casa e offre una cena. Molto spesso gli amici aiutano e portano le insalate oppure il dolce affinché la casalinga non abbia troppo da fare.

Well, in Italy people usually celebrate birthdays eating cakes and children also have parties with classmates and friends. They are given presents which can be chosen by them.

In Brazil, the most common way people celebrate their birthday is with parties. It doesn't necessarily need to be a big party if you like something simpler you can have a small one. We usually have like a predetermined birthday party food which are cake, 'coxinha' (Brazilian famous snack), 'brigadeiro' (Brazilian famous sweet) and 'guaraná' (a soda made from a typical fruit from Amazon forest). We also have a famous tradition which is 'The first slice of cake goes to the person you love the most'. I really like like it, it's so unique. It might sound unfair in case you love everyone. We don't get upset if it isn't give to us, though because we do know it comes from the deepest of our heart. So, unfair it would be if we lied to ourselves. We also sing our happy birthday song and enjoy with our family and friends. It's a very special moment.

People celebrate birthday have some way in my country. the first, they’ll go to restaurant to eating or drinking, but at last, they must eat a big birthday cake and sing a song of happy birthday; the secend, some people will buy some gift, such as flowers or other product, that is favorite things to he or she. the third, Eat noodles. because it means long long live for them. In my country, they do not focus on more. It is just like normal day, except getting one year old. We usually do it for kids,kids like it a lot. We invite their freinds to home, sometimes we make homemade cake, and kids get charming to help with doceration. We buy ballon and candle, we celebrate all together with their freinds, and sometimes their friend parents also attend. So kids enjoy a lot and have fun. On the other hand, sometime we celebrate it for adults too. Maybe going to a restaurant or cafe with some freinds and family members. Everuyone also present gift to a person who we gathered to celebrate his/her birthday. We enjoy and having a deep conversation togather. It is especial day, I think by celebrating someone birthday is nice approach, we make the person happy.
