Hello. My name is Marlene Vicente and I am from sunny South Africa. I've been teaching English as a second language online since December 2020 and I have a 120hr TEFL certification. When I'm not helping my wonderful students gain confidence in their speaking skills, I enjoy long outdoor walks with my dog and functional strength training. Prior to my teaching career, I worked as an internationally qualified spa therapist and manager and I also successfully owned and operated a bakery for seven years. Conversational English is definitely my strong suit. Whilst having an interesting and stimulating conversation, I can help you improve your grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary.
