Marhaba! I’m Anas, a Jordanian Arabic teacher specializing in Levantine and MSA. I help adult learners speak naturally and confidently for travel, business, and everyday conversations. Based in Shanghai, I’ve taught students from around the world using practical, engaging lessons.
My approach focuses on building fluency through consistent speaking, repetition, and real-life topics like daily interactions, culture, and business situations. I encourage you to express yourself, improve your pronunciation, and expand your vocabulary step by step.
I use role-play, listening, and structured exercises to make learning effective and enjoyable. Let’s make your Arabic journey practical and rewarding!
From my experience, I believe that what makes a good learner of languages is someone that can continuously find the motivation to challenge themselves. The progression of learning a language can be tedious, but the rewards are unwavering. This means constant repetition of vocabulary through speech, reading, and writing. As such, a learner develops a sense of familiarity, which can be applied to new concepts and forms of speech.
My aim is to teach adult students who want to learn Arabic for various reasons, through communicating and conversing on a different interesting topic. This can include topics that are generic, like day to day use of the language (introductions, shopping, meeting friends, etc.…) or utilizing Arabic for business affairs.
