Elijah Everett

Excellent first lesson with Elijah! As a complete beginner with zero German knowledge, I was a bit nervous with a first class and did not know what to expect, but Elijah made my first lesson enjoyable and stress-free. From the start, he took the time to ask how I prefer to learn and what my goals are, which showed he genuinely cares about tailoring the lessons. He came prepared with some short stories that we read together, translated, and discussed at a perfect pace for a total newbie. Whenever I got stuck or needed something explained again, he was very patient, clear, and encouraging. I’m already looking forward to my next class and can highly recommend Elijah to anyone starting German from scratch or wanting a supportive, well-prepared teacher. Elijah is an accomplished polyglot and a strong conversationalist with the ability to speak in a clear, comprehensible manner for intermediate learners. He was friendly and patient, and quickly adapted himself to my learning style.

Elijah is a really kind person with a good sense of humour and a really good teacher. He is also very levelheaded and cool. I really enjoyed the time with him.
