Another fantastic lesson with Magdalena! This session was definitely a bit more challenging than usual, as we explored gusta vs gustan in greater depth and how they relate to singular and plural subjects—it took some real thinking to get my head around it. We also tackled forming negatives and expanded into similar verbs like encantar, apetecer, interesar, doler, importar, and molestar, which added another layer of complexity. Although it was a tough lesson, it was incredibly rewarding. Magdalena has a great way of stretching you while still keeping the lesson engaging and enjoyable—the time flew by. I came away with clear areas to focus on, which makes the learning feel purposeful and motivating. I’m already looking forward to continuing after my Easter break!

Magdalena is a fantastic teacher! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We worked on personality, moods, and life in the UK, and practised SER, ESTAR, and HAY with clear examples. I found it challenging but really enjoyable, and the lesson flew by. I’m always left with useful things to work on each week, and I’m seeing real progress. Highly recommended—looking forward to the next lesson!
