大学（だいがく）の時に、アメリカへ留学（りゅうがく）をしていました。
Hello everyone. I'm Mina from Japan.
I have two small children.
My hobbies are cooking, going on trips, playing piano and watching movies. I have been to the United States, Italy, Vietnam, Indonesia and Macau. I also go on trips to various places in Japan. When I was a university student, I majored in English literature and studied abroad in the United States.Moi en tant que professeur

I taught Japanese to international students as a volunteer.
Then I worked as a sales staff member at a luxury brand company for 10 years. I have been educated on beautiful Japanese speaking and customer service manners.

I will teach how to speak to customers with a feeling and politeness, as well as the unique customer service manners of Japan.

Mina sensei is always so fun to talk to, and I like the feedback portion of the class - it's perfect for reinforcing learning points. I find she's very intuitive as well, so for example, even if i don't know a specifiic word and am working my way around it, she's super quick to know what i mean. Also her explanations are clear and just make a lot of sense, which is something to be appreciated.
