Teacher Georgette

Teacher Georgette is an enthusiastic and thorough teacher! I learn a lot from our lessons that are a blend of conversation practice (she helps me learn how to phrase sentences in more natural-sounding ways) and grammar (she explains new concepts really well and provides realistic examples to illustrate them)!

Sobrang saya ng mga klase namin ni Georgette! Natutuloy ako sa pag-aral ng mga grammar exercises niya, at marami naman ako natutunan. As always, Maraming salamat, Georgette!

Teacher Georgette is an encouraging and kind teacher who is great at meeting students where they are (at different levels of language knowledge/fluency) and individualizing lessons based on our needs! The conversation practice is helpful for me (especially since Teacher Georgette focuses on language as it is actually spoken in the Philippines, telling me which words are common vs not common in everyday speech), and the grammar lessons + worksheets allow me to review between classes.

Great first lesson with Teacher Georgette! It was exactly the level I was hoping for, with interactive exercises to apply what I learned immediately. Thank you!

Georgette is always a great teacher and I feel my Tagalog is progressing well! Today we continued irregular verbs.

Salamat Georgette for another class! Practied listening skills in Tagalog and irregular verb translations! So thankful for such an organized, thoughtful, patient teacher as our lessons begin to get a little more difficult!
