Hi there :). I am the type of person who is always interested in trying something new. Longboarding, reading (books and manga), painting, and playing tennis are some of my favorite things to do, however, I thoroughly enjoy playing any type of game - especially board games. I'm an easy-going person who enjoys making others feel comfortable and supported. I fully believe we are all just people trying to better understand each other, and I want to be someone who can help with that. I love hearing about others' adventures and sharing my own in turn. Learning a new language is an exciting yet challenging experience, and I am here to help you every step of the way.

As a teacher, I am very focused on meeting your (my student) needs and making you feel comfortable. As my student I want you to grow and to know that you can ask me anything and I will answer within my abilities free of judgment. I like to have fun and laugh in my lessons, however, I will make my expectations (of both my students and myself) clear to avoid confusion. I have a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science as well as a fully accredited TEFL Teaching Certificate and have been teaching English online now for about three years. I have taught students from various countries including Mexico, Japan, Germany, Brazil, and more. I am excited to see who else I will meet on this journey!

Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement

I keep my lessons very fluid, simple, and engaging. I will have an outline for what we will be learning, but I leave room for questions and fun conversations. When I initially meet a student, I will ask them their goals and then incorporate those goals into my lessons. I tend not to focus too much on grammar, but more on natural conversational English and cultural immersion instead. For each lesson, I try to include speaking, reading, writing, and listening to English in some form - along with fun videos or images. I often share my screen to diagram out words or concepts if needed as well. Ultimately, my lessons will change depending on the learning style of my student.
