I really like these clases. Evelyn is very educated and knows to invent interesting subject. The combination of speaking, movies and reading is excellent.

Me encantó la clase de español. Es individual, así que todo se adapta a mi ritmo y necesidades. El profe usa la técnica NeuroBoost, y la verdad es que se nota — aprendo más rápido y se me queda todo mucho mejor. Senora Evelyn creates a welcoming environment for learning. Her patience is greatly appreciated, as I’m an older learner working on grasping a new language. At the end of each session, I’m left excited to continue to learn and for the next session. Senora Evelyn takes a friendly approach conducive for success.

The trial lesson with Señora Edmund was excellent! She helped me understand her background and explained the structure and methodology that goes into each of her lessons. I am looking forward to continuing my Spanish language studies wth her!

Evelyn has an unusually wide-ranging set of background experiences which makes conversation with her interesting and easy. She intuits what words are too specialized for my emerging Spanish conversation skills, and effortlessly switches back and forth between all-Spanish and English delivery to keep the momentum of the conversation moving. While I am unfamiliar with the pedagogical philosophy that she has devoted a substantial amount of her life to developing, I can assert that in one 45 minute lesson I left more comfortable with holding a casual conversation in Spanish than when I began. She does not shy away from easy homework assignments either; my first was a 200 word essay which I found reasonable yet challenging.
