*გამარჯობა!* I’m Tinatin, a native Georgian speaker from Tbilisi with a love for languages, art, and exploring the world. As a traveler myself, I understand the joy of speaking even basics of a local language—that’s why I love helping beginners start their Georgian journey with practical, fun lessons.

I started teaching Georgian in mid-2022 and it took me only a week to fall in love with this job.
I enjoy meeting new people; I also like sharing my knowledge. So being a teacher gives me an opportunity to have both. Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
If you just started learning Georgian, I will teach you the alphabet, reading, writing, and pronunciation. I will teach you basic, most frequently used words and phrases. Afterward, we can move to the conversational part and reading/listening comprehension.
If you have basic knowledge, we can have free conversations during which I will correct your mistakes, give you suggestions, and provide you with new words.
I prefer customized lessons based on the student's needs and experiences instead of having a strict structure since different people might have different preferences, experiences, desires. Therefore, I am open to any suggestions. Let's meet and discuss our own preferable lesson styleMes ressources d'enseignement

My first lesson with Tinatin was just wonderful. I was pretty nervous to even begin learning Georgian and Tinatin put me totally at ease and we got right down to work. Even though it was just my first 30 minute lesson I got so much from it. I’m really looking forward to continuing on my journey to learn Georgian!

Today our conversation delved deeply into the grammatical. Georgian has a complicated system of expressing subjects and objects, depending on the classification of the verb. Tinatin was able to explain this subtle grammatical point clearly, coming up with helpful examples from the top of her head. I'm a real language nerd, and I rarely see this level of grammatical sophistication among native speakers of a language!
