Hello! I'm Gabriela, a Brazilian from the countryside of São Paulo, and I'm here to teach you Portuguese and everything this language has to offer. -Minha atuação como professora: I’m graduating as an English teacher and have been teaching this language for a year to students of different ages at a language school. But my focus here is to help you learn my native language, and if needed, use English as a support tool. -Minhas aulas: Lessons focused on conversation, with contextualized vocabulary tailored to the student's preferences. I have had a few lessons with Gabriela now and can honestly say that she was meant to be a teacher; she’s patient, understanding, and approachable. Learning a new language, especially one so different from your own, can be daunting but she really knows how to put you at ease. I would recommend her to anyone looking to take up Brazilian Portuguese.

I really enjoy all my lessons with Gabriela! She is really helpful, patient and encouraging! The lessons are entirely in Portuguese which I appreciate (although she also speaks very good English so can translate anything that I don't know how to say and explain how to say it in Portuguese)
