Hi! I’m Alyona — a Ukrainian teacher, translator, and certified English teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Philology. I help learners of all levels master Ukrainian, whether you’re just starting out or looking to get more confident.
I’ll be honest — I love grammar! I believe it’s the key to speaking clearly and being understood. But I also make sure lessons aren’t just about rules — we’ll practice speaking, listening, and real-life language that you can actually use.
I don’t teach from boring textbooks. Instead, I create personalised lessons based on your goals, level, and learning style.

The more connections and curiosity you feel, the easier it is to learn and retain new material. Another great lesson with Alyona. She has a good understanding of my current level of ability, and more confidence in me than currently I have in myself - the sign of a good teacher. As always I have come away from this lesson feeling that I have made some progress. Very happy.
