Hello! This is Teacher Alastair. Welcome to my classroom 😊 I have over eight years experience teaching English at Elementary level in classrooms in South Korea. I have taught over 2000 classes online. I have a Ph.D. and I have a TESOL teaching certificate.👨‍🎓 I am popular with students as I am caring and energetic in helping students understand reading texts. I like studying to be fun. I make vocabulary and grammar interesting and useful. My students become more confident in saying their ideas in full sentences of English. I recommend the National Geographic Our World series as the well-known foundation for your child's education. 😍 👩‍🎓Teaching Background :- I am from the UK. My goal is to teach a neutral English accent. As an experienced instructor in South Korea, I am able to support US phonics and spellings. 😃 Our classes include reading the coursebook texts, studying the vocabulary and exploring the stories. The "Our World" course has many fun songs that help students remember the material. We follow the textbook exercises to practice using vocabulary words and examples. My aim is help students be confident in speaking full sentences of English.
