Akmaral has abundant knowledge of multiple turkic languages. I am learning Kyrgyz as well as several other turkic languages at the same time. I feel her knowledge is super helpful for me to understand the similarities and differences between different turkic languages.

Akmaral is an excellent teacher! Her classes are really well planned and paced, I find myself always engaged and never thinking about the time. She's very patient, explains grammar concepts well so they are not frustrating, and offers a lot of opportunities for speaking practice. I really appreciate her lesson summaries, and the homework is great for reviewing. I started out with the intent to learn just a little Kyrgyz for an upcoming trip, but getting deeper into the language has turned out to be a really fun experience thanks to Akmaral.
