I am a teacher with more than ten years of experience. After receiving my teaching degree in Russia I set off on a perpetual journey around various countries which took me to France, where I spent an academic year working as a teacher assistant and then straight to Asia, and more precisely to Beijing - the city in which I lived and worked for six wonderful years. And now I am in the process of settling down in Germany.
Personally, I try to keep my life as upbeat and interesting as possible. I love travelling, reading, jogging, tasting wines, walking my dog and exploring new hobbies and whatnot. All of those things can be included in one way or another into our classes.
I try to meet my students where they are when it comes to their level. I've had students of ages ranging from 2 up to 65, so it always excites me to find different ways to build that rapport that creates the most productive atmosphere for classes. I am patient - you have to be to work with 2-year-olds - and creative, so I'll definitely do my best for you to enjoy studying with me.
My objective is to make sure that my students live the classroom with more knowledge about the language as well as more confidence to move forward. In my first years, I worked with more or less old-fashioned teaching methods which explored language acquisition primarily through grammar and reading. However, the last seven years I have been building my lessons around the Conversational approach, getting my students to express thems...Mes ressources d'enseignement

Assistant TeacherI worked in three French educational institutions. I was supposed to help the local teachers prepare for classes, research topics and find/create appropriate material. I also taught 12 hours per week.

English/French teacherI taught for upwards of 40 hours per week and my responsibilities ranged from conducting classes to organizing extracurricular activities for kids.

English TeacherThe classes I taught were both online and offline. The age groups and student proficiency also differed greatly with some kids barely able to walk on their own while also retold 'Pride and Prejudice' to me for fun.
