Due to a very busy work schedule, I had a gap in my learning and general use of Italian, and I was quite nervous about restarting lessons. I absolutely shouldn’t have been - Gabriele put me at ease straight away and has a unique ability to bring out confidence and highlight your strengths with language. Very good experience with Gabriele - he was professional yet casual and made you feel at ease in practising your Italian and very clear in his explanations. He took the effort to do some prework as well and personalise it via reading my italki profile. Looking forward to the next lesson already!

I’ve had 4 lessons with Gabriele so far and I’ve been very happy. I asked for a combo of conversation and lessons and he has structured our 45 minutes accordingly and is always prepared. Currently we are working on congiuntivo imperfetto and I’m finally getting it. Prior to this, I’ve struggled for years to get it. I’m a level B1/B2. I highly recommend working with Gabriele.

Gabriele is an excellent teacher and conversing with him always stimulating and renewing. He's intelligent and sensitive, patient and relaxed; these are good qualities to have no matter what; but for a teacher on this site imperative in my estimation. Naturally, as a non-Italian speaker, I hope that Gabriele gets something worthwhile (conversationally) from this student!.

I’m a B1/B2 Italian language learner/speaker. I’ve been meeting with Gabriele consistently for the past few months 3-4 times a month. My purpose is to conversate so I can keep my language level. Gabriele is very patient with me, speaks at the right speed and level for me to understand and respond. He guides the conversation and also prepares lessons that are specific to where my holes are.
