I came to Italy to learn Italian, but before that I also studied french in Geneva and Paris.
Conversation is for me the most important part of learning a language and I learned french and Italian really fast in this way. I am often available on weekends. Welcome!

I give conversation lessons in a natural and easy going way.
I usually use my own texts to have a guideline to follow, but we can talk about whatever topic you are interested in. I will correct pronunciation and give tips about vocabulary.

Tack så mycket för all hjälp och allt stöd du har gett mig under våra lektioner Pia! Det var väldigt värdefullt för mig att vi inte bara gjorde språkövningar, utan också kunde dela tankar om livet. Du har alltid varit väldigt stöttande. Våra diskussioner och texter om närvaro i nuet var också mycket inspirerande. Jag kan knappt tro att min svenska har blivit så flytande tack vare våra lektioner! Jag rekommenderar henne varmt till alla som vill lära sig svenska i en avslappnad och trygg miljö!

After more than 30 lessons, I am confident to say Pia is one of the best teachers I have met. I came into these lessons being scared of criticism. Pia does it such a way, It doesn’t feel like criticism. Even my Swedish family/friends have said I have improved significantly fast & have gained much confidence with my words. Pia has made learning feel fun. Every lesson is tailored to previous things we’ve discussed or something she thinks I would find interesting. Something i’ve always looked for in a tutor is for it to just feel like i’m at home; like we’re just chatting. Pia does exactly that, and often we turn lessons my lessons into a chat about our lives and experiences. (which I am confident is what gave me better fluency!) Pia really feels like family and I have never been so impressed with myself and the confidence she’s helped me gain with my swedish comprehension and speaking. If you are looking for a new teacher, I highly recommend Pia. 🫶
