Yasuko-sensei is a fantastic teacher! She is very prepared, and has great references for every occasion. She is also very kind and adaptable and has been wonderful at adjusting each session to my skill level and capability on the day. She helped me review materials and concepts we discussed in previous lessons. Yasuko-sensei is great at both open ended discussion and presenting ideas according to a more focused theme.

I absolutely loved my class with Yasuko sensei. Every session was not just educational but also incredibly fun. Yasuko sensei has a unique way of making learning enjoyable and engaging, which always kept me motivated. What I appreciated the most was her friendly and approachable personality. Yasuko sensei always made me feel comfortable, and we had the most interesting and fun conversations in Japanese! It didn’t feel like a typical language class – it felt more like chatting with a friend who also happened to be a great teacher. Yasuko-sensei is an excellent teacher! She was very kind and patient and she explained a lot of really neat cultural nuances in a way that was very easy to understand. I really appreciated the way she balanced our class today to include both polite conversation (and an opportunity to develop my general Japanese skills!), and a prepared and focused discussion on topics I had mentioned I was concerned about.
