Stephen

Have been taking lessons with Stephen for about a month now and can already feel how much my French has progressed! The discussions are always very natural and fun, the classes fly by. He also adapts the lessons to your needs and interests, such as practicing grammatical concepts or topics you would like to work on. I also greatly enjoy optional homework exercises between the lessons that allow me to recall the topics and memorize what i’ve learned. On top of that, Stephen is professional, reliable, and always on time. Looking forward to more lessons!

Stephen is an amazing French teacher! He's reliable, always right on time. He's also so friendly that I feel totally comfortable speaking French with him, even though my French isn't perfect. He's great at helping me find just the right French words I'm looking for. What I especially enjoy is talking about life and culture in France with him. He sends his photos of French cities and food, and we chat about them! It's very interesting. I highly recommend Stephen!

Stephen is a GREAT teacher, easy to talk to, very capable and the conversation flows. It has been a pleasure to learn from him. I recommend his classes. He is patient yet corrects my mistakes and helps me improve. He always brings new material and is flexible regarding contents. He is always ontime and he is super professional and reliable.

Great first lesson. He was adaptive to my learning needs and I felt comfortable speaking and making mistakes. Conversation was smooth and I feel confident my French will continue to improve with Stephen. Looking forward to our next lesson.

Every lesson with Stephen feels like catching up with a friend. He’s excellent at keeping the conversation flowing naturally, asking interesting questions, and giving you plenty of time to speak. He also corrects mistakes in a clear but encouraging way and shares lots of helpful advice and tips. One thing I especially appreciated is that he goes out of his way to recommend books, tv shows, YouTube channels, and music based on your interests. Some of his recommendations have actually become my favourite YouTube channels. Overall, I highly recommend starting French lessons with him.
