Yiqi.イキ (衣綺)

I have been taking Yiqi's Advanced Mandarin Course for almost two months now and I highly recommend her classes! I connected with Yiqi immediately during the trial class as she is very friendly, approachable and patient. She has been consistently dedicated to my learning in and out of class (homework reviews) and always has lesson ideas that are right up my alley and tailored to my interests. Her classes are fun and creative — she challenges me in a way that is both comfortable and supportive AND efficient and facilitative. Yiqi is extremely well prepared for every class and is reliable and communicative. She also is very considerate and understanding, making sure that every lesson aligns with my language learning goals. I look forward to class every week, feel extremely motivated to learn, and have become more fluent in my Mandarin speaking, reading, listening and writing skills in just a few weeks. I can say for certain that if you take her class, you will be in good hands!

My trial lesson with Yiqi was excellent. Her teaching style, patience, friendliness, relaxed nature, enthusiasm, and ability to make an often difficult student like me feel safe and confident enough to try speaking in Chinese. I've decided to book more lessons with Yiqi.

Every class I have taken with Yiqi has been great over the past three months have been great! She is very kind, friendly and patient when teaching; I started completely from zero when I first started, so if you are also a beginner it is not a problem. She is also very open to feedback so if you have a specific way that you like to learn, you can just communicate it to her, and she will accommodate for you.

I think Yiqi's teaching method is very good!!!
