An ABSOLUTELY amazing teacher! Time flew by so fast yet I learned so much! Not just about the Lebanese dialect but also the rich culture and everyday phrases that make the language come alive. Safiya is a fantastic teacher! This lesson I had asked a question about verb patterns and she made several examples illustrating the different patternbs and how they change meaning! It has been amazing to supercharge my learning!

Safiya is a fantastic teacher, and I know she can teach you how to speak Arabic, because I have already seen huge improvements in just a few lessons. She is patient and kind, and has always allowed me to ask questions and direct the learning to topics and conversations I am interested in. If you are reading this review, and have a genuine interest in learning levantine arabic, you should book lessons before someone else does.

Safiya has been teaching me both MSA and Lebanese, and she does a great job of showing me the differences, and highlighting the grammatical rules at play!

Safiya is an incredible teacher. I have had many teachers over a wide variety of settings, and Safiya is one of the best. I have completed bachelors, masters, and am finishing a doctorate program, and her ability to teach is far superior to my teachers in academia. If you book lessons with Safiya and attend them, you will learn Arabic, even if you do not have several hours a day to study.
