Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Jae Young Cha, and I’m a Korean tutor based in Seoul.
I studied Psychology at UC San Diego in the U.S., and after graduation, I worked at the headquarters of H Mart, which is Korean Supermarket chain in the U.S. where I focused on recruitment and organizational development. Later, I joined a logistics startup in Korea as a Learning and Development manager, leading training programs for employees. Right now, I’m studying business at KAIST, one of Korea’s top MBA programs.

When I was studying at a university in the United States, I had the opportunity to introduce Korean culture and teach the Korean language to American and international students.
In terms of teaching experience, I worked as a Learning and Development Manager, where I led in-house training sessions for employees on topics such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
