Haruna

This was our third lesson with Haruna Sensei and it has been a pleasure working with her. She's always on-time and well prepared for her lessons. Today we learned about weather and the different items we would bring. My daughter would practice the vocabulary as she drew on her own paper. We look forward to our next lesson.

I had a very fun, laidback, and enjoyable conversation with Haruna-san. We had discussed many interesting topics throughout our lesson and was very supportive. I really appreciate the different suggestions on sentences I create, it truly helped sharpen my conversational skills. She also creates a helpful word document so I can review later on what we had discussed. I wholeheartedly recommend taking Haruna-san's lessons, she's patient, supportive, and encouraging with helping others reach their language learning goals. ありがとうございます。がんばりましょう！ ！

for a 12 year old girl (me) who's trying to learn a variety of new languages around the world, this teacher was amazing for, in this case, japanese! she was so very nice and enthusiatic during the lesson! laughing with me and making things fun while still learing and getting things done. i recommend her!!!

Haruna Sensei prepared another great lesson for my daughter. We practiced vocabulary for vegetables by making our own rice bowl. We also practiced other vocabulary by learning about "gu, choki, pa" or "rock, paper, scissors" in Japanese, and singing the accompanying song. We made different shapes using gu, choki, pa, and learned the associated vocabulary. We look forward to our next lesson.

We had a great first lesson with Haruna Sensei. She showed up promptly for class and began chatting with my daughter. We practiced through just simple conversation to begin. We also practiced writing her name in Hiragana. Then we "made a cake" and "made a smoothie" to practice our color and fruit vocabulary. Overall my daughter had fun and we look forward to our next lesson with Haruna Sensei.
