Hello! I am a Turkish teacher at ITalki. I speak Turkish and English fluently and Dutch and Russian to an intermediate level. I am an English Literature student and have experience in tutoring. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Moi en tant que professeur

I have experience in tutoring mathematics and English. I am always enthusiastic about teaching and think the Turkish language is very interesting. Thus, I love explaining grammatical rules and concepts. I like providing etymological explanations for words where relevant, because I think it makes the learning much more permanent and interesting.

Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement

I put a lot of importance to writing and reading. I will read any text you write in Turkish and provide detailed feedback on the grammar, structure and vocabulary. I will provide quizzes and flash cards in our lessons and for you to practice outside of it. I believe in learning through media and making the learning fun. So, I am love recommending Turkish TV shows, films, books or music and discussing them with you. Engaging with the culture is a great way to learn passively!
