I particularly appreciate how she uses a variety of practical examples to help me understand grammar naturally and teaches useful expressions that I can apply in real-life situations. Thanks to her patience, enthusiasm, and excellent teaching skills, I always look forward to our lessons and feel more confident in my Chinese. Iris teacher is very kind, patient, and professional. She prepared for me a presentation about travel. She helped me learn common phrases to take the bus and take taxi. She explained some of the origins of the Hanzi, and included some cultural explanations. When I don't know something, she gave clues to help me think of the answer myself. (Great strategy!)
