I have had the good fortune to live abroad for more than 25 years in countries such as Colombia, Spain, France, Peru and Mexico. During that time, I have worked as a language teacher both in classrooms and online, and have found those experiences to be extremely exciting.
As a language learner myself, I understand the challenges of acquiring a new language. This understanding drives my sessions with students.
The students' needs must come first.
As a tutor, I have to make sure I am not wasting the student's time by teaching language points that are not a priority to them. This is why I always make it a point to find out what their goals and objectives are, and then create lessons and experiences based on them.
My focus is communicative language. Class time should always be student-focused, allowing them to build the confidence and language skills they need to communicate in a variety of settings. Furthermore, my sessions help students build upon what they already know so that they use this accumulated knowledge once our class is over.Mes ressources d'enseignement
