Marhaba! I’m Alaa (but you can call me Aladin). I’m originally from Lebanon, currently living and working in Prague. I’m a huge foodie and a passionate home cook, food is my ultimate love language! Nothing makes me happier than preparing a feast of Lebanese dishes to share with friends. Since moving to Europe in 2018, I’ve been sharing the beauty of the Levantine dialect with students worldwide. I saw how much people fell in love with Lebanese culture after visiting, and I wanted to create a bridge for anyone curious about our unique way of speaking. My Teaching Style: My lessons are all about conversation. I believe the best way to learn is by actually speaking about things that matter to you. - Interactive Topics: Choose from a list of real-world themes to get us talking. - Natural Learning: We’ll use written and spoken interaction to master new vocabulary, verb conjugations, and sentence structures. - Light Grammar: I’ll give you the essential tips you need to sound like a local (with only a tiny bit of grammar, I promise!).

Excellent teacher!!! Alaa very quickly understands what is the best way for me to learn and applies it in each class. He provides audios which are very helpful, unlike any other teacher I know. He is kind and patient, also. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Alaa for 5 years now, my Arabic has improved dramatically since starting and now each time I got to Lebanon or speak with my Lebanese friends I feel much more confident. Alaa is a great teacher and helps tailor the experience based on my specific needs. Can’t recommend him enough!

Alaa is an amazing teacher! His approach to teaching works well for me. He creates documents for me to study and recordings for me to listen to during the week. Our interactions are fun but educational and very professional. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn Levantine Arabic 👍
