Hello! I’m an Agricultural Engineer with a master’s degree in Weed Science. Growing up in various cities across Turkey has given me a multicultural outlook and an adaptable mindset.
Curiosity drives everything I do—it inspires me to learn, grow, and explore new ideas. Teaching Turkish is especially rewarding as it combines sharing my language with learning from others. This exchange of knowledge and culture brings me joy and fulfillment.

I am a patient teacher, especially for beginners, so don’t hesitate to speak even if you’re just starting to learn Turkish! With exercises, we’ll work on pronouncing the unique consonants and vowels that differ from your alphabet.
For intermediate learners, we can practice speaking, read comics, or even translate Turkish songs. There are many enjoyable ways to expand your vocabulary while learning.

If you're brand new to Turkisk and nervous to start, do yourself a favor and choose Merve. She was so patient, slow and obviously has spent many hours teaching. I can't wait for my next lesson 😊

The lesson was good, Merve explained quite a lot about Turkish grammar in such short time (30 mins) and was really helpful with the explanations, definitely gonna book another lessons!
