Sergei’s lessons are always very engaging. I can definitely see that I have made improvements since beginning a couple months ago. I have studied Russian at some of the better public universities in the USA (Ohio State and Indiana) and I would say that Sergei’s lessons offer a comparable level of open topic conversation practice as what I experienced in both the immersive and regular class-based programs at those universities.

He charges extra for lessons advertised as pronunciation, phonetics, or speech therapy, but they are exactly the same as his regular conversation lessons. I paid significantly more for a package expecting specialized instruction, but there was no difference just espontaneos conversation.
