In an official speaking test administered by the British Council, responsible for IELTS, I received a band score of 6.5. I had felt stuck at this level for quite some time. Thankfully, Jackie came to my aid. With her insight into the interview exam, she proved invaluable. However, it was Jackie's unwavering dedication and commitment to her students' success that truly stood out. Under her guidance, I achieved an IELTS band score of 8.0 in speaking and an overall score of 7.5. It's remarkable how just a few weeks of intense practice, coupled with Jackie’s invaluable advice, unleashed my true potential. I am deeply thankful to Jackie for helping me attain the much-needed band score. Her expertise and support made all the difference, and I will forever cherish her impact on my IELTS success.

After a short break, I was happy to see Jackie again and continue my studies. Jackie is always a supportive teacher; she chooses interesting topics, gives real-life examples, and organizes the learning process competently.
