Hi! I'm Linda and was born and raised in the U.K., though my family are Dutch and Belgian. I'd love to help you improve your English and achieve your language goals, whether through causal conversations or more structured lessons on a specific topic, such as grammar or pronunciation. I am a food and travel photographer who loves nature and the outdoors, health and fitnss, and the environment. I studied psychology and neuroscience, so I still really like to learn more about the brain, and how people think and behave. I spent 3 years backpacking around the world before the pandemic and am now going on lots of trips again for work and leisure! I'm currently based in the South of the U.K.Moi en tant que professeur
I'm a native English speaker and TEFL certified, and I've been teaching English on italki since October 2017. I decided to start teaching because I really enjoy meeting new people and learning more about different cultures, lifestyles and experiences. I have extensive experience helping intermediate and advanced learners improve their fluency, pronunciation and vocabulary, as well as beginners learn grammatical structures and incorporate them correctly in everyday conversation. My lessons are tailored to suit my students! The main aim is to have you speaking as much as possible; practice is the best way to learn! If you have a specific goal then we can set a plan together with activities to help you achieve that goal; if not then we can use podcasts, articles and videos to set topics for discussion and conversation. I can provide links and materials to help you practice pronunciation or grammar structures too. It's up to you!
Payment & Attendance Policy:
