Trainer, Lecturer, Interpreter Hello! My name is Vy - living in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. I was born in the North and have moved to the South for 10 years, so I can speak Vietnamese in TWO ACCENTS. If you're interested in any of them or wanna understand both accents, I might be suitable with you. I've travelled most of the cities and provinces in Vietnam, so I am quite knowledgable about diverse cultures and people there. I have experience in tutoring Vietnamese for foreingers such as Thai, Chinese and Taiwanese in all levels from kids to adults. I hope that I can be of assistance in helping you learn and improve your Vietnamese, and I look forward to meeting you! I am a teacher and a friend at the same time. So, being more helpful and understanding to students' concerns and difficulties are more practiced. I will help my students in a lot of ways for them to learn a language I am knowledgeable about and help them to be confident with it. I am patient, friendly, optimistic, cheerful and passionate especially when it comes to teaching. My major is English and Chinese linguistics, so it is easier for me to connect with students since I've been on the same boat. I've had regular lessons for about 3 months now. Since our classes, I have improved a lot in understanding locals and feel more confident to speak Vietnamese. Vy is punctual, respectful and is great at teaching and leading our conversation in class.

Professor Vy is extremely flexible and knowledgeable not only for everyday language but also for more technical topics notably related to business matters. As a banker I can rely on a solid background in translating complex text. I look forward to many years of learning with her. Best teacher in Vietnamese so far at a really reasonable price.

After at least 15 lessons with Vy, I want to write another glowing review. I'm an older student so I don't find learning languages easy, but I feel confident that with Vy's tuition I will succeed. Her English is virtually perfect, so especially if that is your native language, I can't think of a better teacher.
