As a Swiss-Italian I grew up in a multilingual environment. Living in the German speaking part of Switzerland, French and English were compulsory subject at school. Later I added Spanish as an optional subject. After studying Japanese and Korean by going to these countries and submerge myself not only into the language but also in to the culture, I discovered my love for studying languages and teaching them.
I'm working as an assistant in an office on weekdays. Beside studying languages, I like reading, travelling and playing piano. I'm currently studing Korean (B1) & Chinese (A2). More languages to come.Moi en tant que professeur
My path to teaching languages started in 2016. I taught at a language school different levels (A1-B1, class size 4-15 students). I hold the SVEB certificate (Certificate of the Swiss Federation for Adult Learning SVEB/FSEA) and also the EUROLTA Certificate.
As I studied several languages, I know how hard it can be sometimes to find the right method to study and how hard it can be when your motivation drops. That is why I am certain that I can motivate and help you.Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
I focus on conversation skills. Don’t be shy. You need to make mistakes in order to improve. After evaluating your level, I take in consideration your preferences and create a learning environment, where we can work on your pronunciation, increase your vocabulary and improve your speaking skills.
Depending on your goal I will tailor the lesson for each student separately, like freestyle discussion / using an article you choose (please send it at least 48 hours beforehand) or reading/pronunciation.
Before our first lesson, please send me a message to let me know what your level, your goal and your expectation is. With this imput it will be easier to create a lesson that suits you.Mes ressources d'enseignement

Marietta is a very nice and polite person. It is easy to speak German to her, even if your level is just "Beginner". I feel very comfortable during lessons and realize my progress - I really improved my German, I watch films, communicate with others. I am grateful to Marietta and definitely recommend her!

I've booked a few lessons with Marietta to prepare a German certificate exam. She's always prepared and very supportive. I feel at ease with her, with no fear of making mistakes . I will definitely practice with her again in the future!
