Hi there, my name's Edward, I'm 31 years old and I'm a CELTA qualified English teacher from the UK. I grew up in a small town in the south-east of England before moving to London where I worked for over 5 years in financial services.Moi en tant que professeur
In 2018 I decided to change career so I travelled to Peru where I taught English to business professionals.
I've been teaching online since 2020 when I returned to the UK due to the COVID19 pandemic.

I specialise in teaching pronunciation because I believe it is the key to effective communication and it is often neglected by teachers who don't know how to teach it.
I speak with a clear and neutral British accent and I have an excellent understanding of phonetics. Through my CELTA training I have developed the most modern and effective techniques to teach English pronunciation.

Edward is a great teacher. He clearly explains how to produce the correct sounds using phonetic alphabets, along with visual aids like mouth shapes and tongue positioning. He also encourages repetition of words and sentences, and identifies and corrects any mispronunciations. Overall, the lesson was both insightful and helpful.
