Very great class with Maria! She is very organised and helpful. We only had 1 class but she already sent me the new vocabulary, podcast suggestions, and cultural topics to help me improve my Portuguese. I highly recommend her and will come back for more classes with Maria :)

Maria is an excellent teacher and a wonderful person to know. I have already learned so much in the few months of lessons that I’ve had- not only Portuguese, but about life in general. Conversations with Maria are always enlightening as well as entertaining, and they always help to broaden my vocabulary and advance my oral comprehension skills. She is endlessly patient, intelligent, and funny, and always has something prepared to challenge me and help me improve.

Maria is an excellent teacher. I have already taken many classes with her. In every class, I find that her explanations and corrections are very useful and help me improve my language skills to the next level. Maria is interested in a wide range of topics and we address the ones I like in reading, writing and a lot of speaking. What I find especially useful is when she identifies things I can easily improve as a kind of summary of the class.

Maria is a great teacher - very encouraging and engaging. I have learnt a lot and appreciate our lessons.
