Yoshito Hiroi

Yoshito 先生 is seriously an amazing teacher! His ability to understand english yet communicate ideas and teach entirely in Japanese is a powerful way to boost your comprehension. I always find myself learning a lot while also having a laugh here and there. Yoshito 先生, Thank you for all your efforts! I look forward to any of the next lessons!

Yoshitoさん is a really kind and down-to-earth teacher! What I enjoy most is that I can take my time to find the words I'm looking for in my head without feeling stressed. Great for those who feel very nervous about speaking in their target language. Definitely recommend!

Great as always! If anyone wants to work on pitch accent/pronunciation then Yoshito-sensei is the teacher to see. He has far more knowledge about pronunciation than any other teacher I know.

The first lesson with Yoshito Sensei went great! We introduced ourselves to each other, discussed learning goals, hobbies, and then dived into movie discussions! The conversation went very smoothly, and Yoshito Sensei spoke on the level I could understand and provided feedback both along the way and at the end of the lesson. It was our second session and we did a cross talk session. I felt very comfortable talking in English while Yoshito spoke Japanese. He found ways to explain things only in Japanese when I did have questions. It was a very helpful approach to Comprehensible Input.
