Ayano is an amazing teacher! She has the perfect energy to facilitate learning and is highly knowledgeable in English, allowing her to translate effectively. Her teaching skills are unmatched; I highly recommend her to students of any skill level.

Ayano sensei is one of a kind. She is very helpful and fun. Any direction you choose to go will be a good one with her.

Ayano-san is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a real talent for guiding conversations in a natural, engaging way—something that’s surprisingly difficult for many instructors to do well. Ayano-sensei is an exceptional teacher. I have been studying Japanese for just over five months and have applied myself with reasonable diligence. I also spent four weeks in Japan recently. Despite that effort and immersion, I had not yet experienced a breakthrough in my speaking ability. After just a few lessons with Ayano-sensei, I have begun to communicate—at a foundational level—in Japanese. She has a remarkable ability to draw her students out and create the conditions in which they feel both encouraged and compelled to speak. Even when I lapse into English, she continues speaking in Japanese, helping me work through points of confusion in the language itself rather than reverting to translation. Her approach is both disciplined and supportive, and it has made a tangible difference in my confidence and progress. I look forward to continuing my studies with Ayano-sensei and recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a genuine breakthrough in spoken Japanese.
