I cannot thank my teacher Rob enough for everything he has done for me. Without his guidance and support, I wouldn’t be able to speak Portuguese as confidently as I do today. I feel truly blessed not only for his exceptional teaching skills but also for his kindness outside the classroom. Thanks to Rob, I had the chance to get tickets to the Taylor Swift concert in Rio – a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will always cherish. In class, Rob creates a safe and supportive environment where we can learn how to speak properly. He always provides constructive feedback, highlighting both the good and the areas where we can improve, especially with pronunciation. This balance makes his teaching incredibly effective and enjoyable. Thank you for wrapping up 2024’s class with me and let’s continue studying together in 2025! Congrats again for what you have archieved lately ;) well deserved !!

If you want to learn Brazilian Portuguese - Robledo is your guy! Robledo is the best Portuguese teacher anyone could have. I've taken over 100 classes with him since last summer - 3 days a week - and am happy with my progression towards fluency. Classes are always well prepared, be it reading and written assignments, games, watching videos or listening to audio..even singing and discussing famous Brazilian songs that have vocabulary and verb tenses we are learning. ...and if current events or personal life pop into the conversation, he always has an article, YouTube video, or song to share...just remember you get what you put into it! Tamo junto meu amigo -- muito obrigado por nossas aulas juntas; eu continuarei aprendendo portugues com voce! Valeu!

Even though it was the Champions League final tonight and a busy Saturday with guests at home, still I chose to spend the evening with my Portuguese teacher — and it was absolutely worth it. 🙌 After a long break due to my own travels and vacation from my teacher, getting back into the rhythm of learning a language is never easy. But I’ve realized that taking long breaks only make a the journey harder. That’s why I truly appreciate today’s class. My teacher creates a space that makes me feel motivated to keep going, even when I’ve fallen behind. Instead of feeling discouraged, I feel supported and gently guided back into the flow. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with Rob and always want to thank you for your patience, energy,dedication and advices ;) I hope you can come to France once so you can practise your French here ! You Will be always welcome in my house.

Rob muito obrigada de coração por tudo, você e uma grande inspiração para mim! Que ano incrível foi este ano 2024! Conseguimos ler livros, contos, artigos, falar sobre tudo que esta acontecendo no mundo inteiro, escutamos as musicas maravilhosas, vimos filmes incríveis, descobrimos capacidades que temos que não sabíamos, rimos e nos divertimos muito. As aulas com você são excepcionais, e um aprendizagem que não só desenvolva a língua portuguesa, e um enorme desenvolvimento pessoal. Conhecendo você eu descobri o que e ter uma vocação! Rob é um especialista de verdade e pode ajudar com todas as particularidades da língua portuguesa - ele criou um exercício de intérprete para mim que foi muito prático para pensar num modo novo e desafiador com português.
