My name is Nathan and I help students speak English more naturally and with greater confidence. I’m originally from California, so I teach the kind of English native speakers use in everyday conversation. My lessons focus on pronunciation, natural expressions, and authentic conversation. I correct mistakes in a straightforward and clear way so you can improve quickly. The goal is helping you sound more natural and feel relaxed speaking with native speakers. 🙂 I enjoy meeting people from different cultures who are learning English. 🌎 Helping students improve and move forward in their language journey is something I really value. Since I speak several languages, I use many of the same strategies that helped me strengthen my own skills. I also earned a psychology degree from California State University, Chico, where I focused on understanding how people learn best. 🧠 My teaching style is based around conversation. 🗣️ We focus on common everyday topics so your English develops naturally through speaking instead of memorizing. I guide the discussion, adjust in real time, and give clear corrections throughout the lesson. The goal is helping you think and respond comfortably in English in the moment. Homework stays short and is only included when it truly supports your improvement. Every lesson is adapted to the way you personally learn and communicate. 🌍📚

I've really enjoyed my English lessons with Nathan. We have conversations on a wide variety of topics, and he's always fun and engaging ,sometimes it even feels like talking to a psychologist! I'm learning lots of new words and expressions, and every lesson helps me feel more confident in speaking. I highly recommend him!
