Cindy was punctual, used Google Docs to write new vocabulary along with English translations and was well prepared for the lesson. She taught me how to communicate with a massage therapist in Chinese.
I would recommend her to check her messages more often because I usually waited a few days for a reply. This would help her build a better relationship with her students.
Cindy has very good typing skills. She knows how to type the pinyin all with the different tone symbols and all very quickly. This makes her lessons efficient. She asked me to introduce myself in Chinese which made me feel welcome.
Cindy is very kind and patient. She is also an amazing listener. Whenever I start talking, she stops and listens to whatever I have to say which makes me feel heard. She never talks over her students.
She has excellent Taiwanese accent and can teach both simplified and traditional Chinese.
Her internet connection is excellent. No disconnections or stuttering in the audio nor video.

Fun, energetic, and kept my 7 year old engaged for the 30 minute lesson. She played games with him while learning Mandarin. She is also very organized and was able to answer any questions I had about future lessons learning Pinyin and Radicals as well.
