I love my classes with Jiayun. The times flies by and I always feel motivated after class. She readily adapts the class to my interests and has an impressive collection of resources to supplement the class. She is super kind and encouraging, as well as professional and organized. I am looking forward to progressing with my Mandarin.

I highly recommend Jiayun as a Chinese teacher. She is amazing at what she does — very patient, intelligent, creative, and truly skilled at explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand. She knows exactly how to notice my weak points and helps me work on them without making me feel discouraged. Every lesson feels useful, interesting, and well-structured. Jiayun makes learning Chinese feel comfortable and enjoyable, even when the material is difficult. Time flies during our lessons because she keeps everything engaging, and I always feel like I learn a lot after each class. She is a great teacher, and I’m very happy with my progress so far.

There are teachers that are simply good at speaking their mother tongue. Jiayun however is that kind of a teacher that knows every trick in the book. She literally knows every online tool and language smartphone app and she’s really trying to include new approaches of language learning. I enjoy her lessons a lot and it makes me feel a little awkward when she‘s better prepared than me 😳

Excellent. We really worked on tones and muscle memory. It was relaxed and I felt comfortable. By the consistency is there.
