Benjamin is very helpful and writes new words/vocabulary on a word document so you can see the tones/characters. He also shared this document with me afterwards. He is very personable and friendly. He also does a good job at matching his vocabulary to your level of Mandarin so that you can converse but still learn new things! I highly recommend him.
