Bonjour, je m’appelle Laurent et je suis de langue maternelle chinoise, originaire de Nanjing, en Chine continentale. Pour l’instant, je vis à Zhenjiang, une petite ville située près de Nanjing. Pendant mon temps libre, je fais généralement du jogging. Je prends également des cours de calligraphie chinoise, ce que j’apprécie énormément. À mon avis, une belle calligraphie chinoise ne fait pas seulement appel à l’esprit, mais touche également profondément les émotions. Je suis également passionné d’alpinisme. L’image que j’utilise comme avatar est une photo que j’ai prise lors d’une ascension du mont Huang. Malheureusement, en raison de mon travail, j’ai rarement l’occasion de m’adonner à ce passe-temps. J'enseigne l'anglais dans une école de langues. J'ai également enseigné le chinois à deux Canadiens pendant quelques mois. Je propose des cours particuliers de chinois en toute décontraction. Je peux vous aider à améliorer votre niveau en chinois, tant à l’écoute qu’à l’expression orale, à la lecture et à l’écriture. Mes cours de conversation vous permettront d’améliorer votre aisance en chinois courant. Si vous souhaitez vous concentrer sur le pinyin, les règles de grammaire ou la préparation à l’examen HSK, c’est également possible. Je dispose d’une vaste collection de supports pédagogiques parmi lesquels mes élèves peuvent choisir. Gu Hao is a very patient teacher, even when the student is not very well prepared. I still learned a lot (and noticed where I have to get much better) - and all this in a very friendly and professional environment.

I really enjoyed the lesson. Conversations with Laurent are always very comfortable. He writes notes during the lesson, that are very helpful for later review. The whole sentences are the most useful, because after lesson I can still remember how to use new words and in which context I’ve heard them. Besides that, the quality of sound is really good, that is particularly important for conversation classes, and I had no problems to understand what he says.

He explains grammar points and vocabulary clearly, without overwhelming me, and always prepares well-structured lessons tailored to my goals. Laurent is patient and encouraging, gently correcting my pronunciation and tones while giving me plenty of speaking and listening practice. Overall, he's a reliable and effective tutor, and I recommend him highly.

It was my first Chinese lesson ever. I had something prepared so I would have something to say in Chinese. Laurent was very patient with me. He corrected my pronunciation, tonality, vocabulary and sentence structure. He also speaks fluent English and can explain things clearly in English as needed. I found a long term Chinese teacher.
