"Teachers can change lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges." ...this is a quote I have recently read and thinking back, I realise that it could not be more true. When I was in primary school, it was a really amazing teacher of mine who helped me discover my passion for languages. Who knows how different my life might be now if I'd had a different teacher back then...
My main teaching goal is to try to make a difference. And I believe that the knowledge of a foreign language really is something that can make a big difference in our lives nowadays. I love seeing my students make progress and accomplish their goals.Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
I believe it is important to make the lessons personalised and to take into account the needs of each student. In my classes, we will speak a lot and every time we learn or practise some grammar aspects, I will make sure that we also use the grammar in practice. The classes will include a variety of exercises, but also topics for conversation (newspapers articles, stories,etc) to help you gain the confidence to speak.
I can also help you get prepared for some official English exams - in this case we will work with various exam templates and try to make sure that you pass each part of the test with flying colours :) I hope we can learn a lot together whilst having fun at the same time!5.0

Juliana mixes just the right amount of casual conversation with serious study. Lessons are prepared in advance and catered to your individual vocabulary and grammatical skill level. As you speak with her, she doesn't get impatient or overly serious but gives you just the right nudge to steer you out of any bad habits. I'm really impressed. Great Job Juliana.

Juliana provides very high quality materials to frame her lessons so obviously put in a lot of preparatory work. She also very encouraging and I will definitely be continuing to take lessons with her.

Juliana is such an amazing teacher! She is always prepared, on time and creates personalized studying materials. She is aware of every single word that she has already mentioned during the classes and uses this vocabulary often to help me remember it better. Juliana always brings smile and positive energy to 'our classroom'. I'm definitely going to continue learning beautiful Slovak with her.
