I have four university degrees, including a PhD in reflexive learning, which for me is a blend of social and cognitive psychology.
My personality? I'm empathetic and I really relish helping people to overcome their own unique issues and problem... including giving you the confidence to speak English anywhere you need to, online and offline. If you're an introvert who gets stressed just thinking of speaking in front of people... you sound just like me. My approach is very informal. Why? Because I want to help you shift your focus from "perfect grammar" to "powerful communication.
While we can certainly work on grammar and explore different types of English, my primary focus is on making you a more confident and effective speaker. We'd work on practical skills such as:
Speaking with confidence, even if you're an introvert.
Managing performance anxiety and imposter syndrome.
Using an appropriate speed, tone, timbre and volume for your audience.

My teaching style is informal and focuses on one core belief: effective communication is more important than grammatical perfection.
As a native speaker who has delivered over 10,000 talks, I know a secret: your audience isn't there to judge your grammar. They are there to hear your ideas. Markus is very good at listening, interpreting and leading the conversation. He understands my problem and goal there and we were sharing thoughts and feelings.
