Hello world I'm Armando, a Mexican passionate about my country and its culture and language. I am a Spanish teacher because I love languages and meeting people from all around the world, but most of all I love helping people connect with other cultures, other ways of seeing the world, connecting with their family and their roots. I myself have experienced the difficulties of learning other languages, but I have also enjoyed the fruits of such hard work, I speak English and I am learning French, I have studied Portuguese and I would like to learn Italian, Catalan and German. Music, history, literature, cinema, art, animals and sports are also some of my great passions.

Moi en tant que professeur

I started my journey as a teacher of Spanish as a foreign language in 2019, I have more than 2000 hours of experience in one-to-one online classes. Regarding my professional background I have a degree in Hispanic Language and Literature from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), a diploma in teaching lexicon from the Cervantes Institute and a diploma in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement

My teaching method is based on the communicative approach, the lexical approach and cognitive grammar, thanks to this methodology I am able to teach practical and useful communicative skills for everyday life, while developing vocabulary and grammar in a contextual way. My goal is to teach Spanish in a way that is relevant and interesting to my students through topics that they are passionate about and allow them to learn about Latin American culture and society. If you are planning to move to a Latin American country or simply travel around the region, I am designing a specific curriculum to help you communicate effectively and fluently.
