We normally do 10 minutes or so of free conversation then usually I choose a topic that we discuss for the rest of the lesson. It's always a dynamic and useful experience. Always quite testing, but hugely enjoyable. I feel gradual progress with the spoken word, and increasing confidence during our exchanges.

Maria is great. I really like the way she gives you feedback at the end of the lesson; in that way the flow of the conversation isn't disrupted, but you are made aware of your mistakes. She is always well prepared, but there is also a lot of scope for free conversation. Wonderful.
