Beginners with Genki 1 & Genki 2 are welcome. As I reflect back on the various occupations I’ve had, I see a common ground in all of them; a teacher. I have taught English in Prep Schools, I was a Christian Pastor teaching the Bible in churches, I was a communication skills trainer at the mentally handicapped training center and now I am a Japanese language teacher for foreigners and missionaries. The greatest joy as a teacher is to share the moment with the student when the unknown becomes known and understood. There is joy in understanding intellectually with the mind, as well as the excitement of understanding with the heart.

Beginners with Genki 1 & Genki 2 are welcome. As a language teacher I have found real satisfaction when my students tell me, “I was able to communicate my thoughts and feelings to the other person and they understood”, that brings the greatest satisfaction to the student and the teacher. This is why I put the greatest emphasis in my lessons to teach you how to reply in the best way according to each circumstance. And l will go in depth and explain to you the vocabulary and grammar that will be encountered in real life situations. Every lesson will be catered to your individual levels, I will use the knowledge I have gained over my lifetime to create the most effective lesson.Mes ressources d'enseignement

I had an enjoyable first lesson with Yasu Sensei. His teaching style is friendly and thoughtful, and he helped me identify the areas in which I can improve since I wasn't sure, myself. I'm already looking forward to the next lesson!

I took a very long break from my Japanese learning so I need an experienced teacher for refresher courses and also to improve my conversation skill. I am happy with Yasu Sensei's teaching techniques as they are very effective and on point.
