Marzia CELI examiner

I'm currently learning 2 languages on Italki for over a year, and while most teachers on the platform are excellent, Professor Marzia stands out by far. She possesses exceptional knowledge, outstanding teaching skills, and a temperament perfectly suited to being a master teacher. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my teacher. Since starting with her, I have made remarkable progress and am excited to continue learning under her guidance. If you haven't yet taken her group classes, I also highly recommend them. They are not only well-structured but also engaging and inspiring.

After about a year and a half working together, every week, Marzia helped me prepare to take the Italian B2 exam today. Not an easy exam, by the way, as it covers all of the verb tenses, both direct and indirect pronouns, AND includes a challenging spoken section, so needless to say, I was a bit reluctant to “jump in” with this upper-intermediate exam. And when I say that Marzia “helped me to prepare,” I mean that she dragged my a** through the trenches, built up my confidence with lots of exercises, and pushed me, especially during the two months leading up to the exam, preparing me and helping me to face my fears. Marzia is a very gifted teacher. I didn’t realize it, but when she was giving me articles to read “for fun” each week, she was also preparing me for B2 reading comprehension, and when she gave me photos to describe during our lessons (again, also fun), she was actually prepping me for the B2 oral exam. Thank you thank you, Marzia. I couldn’t have done it without you!

She knows what I need and is a patient and excellent teacher!

Marzia is the best Italki teacher that I have ever had classes with. She strikes a perfect balance of correcting you and letting you talk. And is always prepared to teach you something new. I started with baseline Italian and now just 15 lessons later I feel like I can legitimately have conversations with Italians! There is so much left to learn and I am super excited to do so with Marzia! Give her a shot it's worth every penny!

We have worked together for a long time and she knows what I need and has researched materials that will help me with my grammar and vocabulary. She is patient with my frequent mistakes and encourages me to be accurate. I look forward to my lessons!

Marzia ha tutti i trucchi a sua disposizione, cioe' per dire che in qualsiasia momento, lei e' capace di dare esempi grammaticali adatti alla tema che stai imparando, e ce l'ha anche una banca di testi per praticare. Non c'e' mai ne' pausa ne' mancanza di argomenti di cui parlare. Ti consiglierei una lezione con lei se avessi la voglia di approfondire i tuoi studi propio per esaminare quei dettagli minuscoli.
